The Main Route will be approximately 6k and the Mini Run about half that.
 We are using the same route as last year which seemed to suit both the serious and fun runner or walker.
The Main Route (approx 6k):
Starting at the Precinct in Folkestone town centre, the Run goes up the pedestrianised area, turns left into West Terrace, out along the Leas to the Bandstand, down the Zig Zag path to the shore Promenade and along the Promenade to the Car Park at Sandgate. It then returns along Castle Road and Radnor Cliff into the Coastal Park, up the Zig Zag path and along the Leas to finish in front of the Leas Club Bar and the Lifts.
The Mini Route – age 6 – 11 years (approx 3k):
The start will be in the same place, but a few minutes later than the main run. This too will go through the town and onto the Leas. Instead of going down the Zig Zag the Minis will run along towards the end of the Leas and come back by a similar route.
The Leas Club will be open all day for refreshments for all the family and is also the venue for the Prize giving at approximately 12.30 to 12.45pm.
